At Sin Architects we specialized in the design and development of Aged Care Facilities, and we are proud to showcase many of our recent projects.
Michael, our director, who is well known within the Aged Care industry, lectured on topics relating to Elderly Awareness Architecture and Dementia. He introduced new concepts on the therapeutic environment and many of our new projects reflect these innovative ideas.
He had designed several successful retirement villages based on design ideas focused on “homeliness”. The Cluster type layout of accommodation wings each centered around a private lounge with bedrooms with full ensuite and showers, all built to hospital standards was awarded special recognition by the industry.
